New Members of ZTA are welcomed into Gamma Pi chapter immediately and participate fully in chapter business and meetings. The New Member program is an exciting, busy time for all ZTAs, but it is this time when new members meet the sisters that will be a part of their lives forever! 

As a new member, you’ll participate in a 10-week educational program designed to help acclimate you to life as a ZTA at UGA. The program includes information on our history, traditions, structure, and leadership opportunities. We also provide an Academic program. New members receive the support of a chapter mentor, or “Big Sister”, and each member of our chapter is part of a Founders Group that will help new and returning members get to know one another!

The end of the New Member program is celebrated with Link Week and Initiation.  Other New Member activities include weekend retreats, swaps, Big Sister revealing, pep rallies, service projects, study buddies, and more!
